This English version is a translation. In case of any conflict, the Finnish version prevails. See the Finnish version.

What you can report

The EU Digital Services Act (DSA) requires that anyone be able to report illegal or inappropriate content. You can report, for example:

  • Other illegal content

How to report

Every shift, team, and review has a "⚐ Report" button. The button opens a form where you can choose a reason and write a description. Reporting is also possible without logging in.

You can also report directly by email: support@playtonite.app.

Handling time

We process notices within 14 days at the latest. Urgent cases (e.g. clear harassment) are usually handled within 48 hours.

If you left your email address, we will send you a notice of the decision. The decision includes the reasoning and information about the right to appeal.

Right to appeal (DSA art. 20)

If you disagree with our decision, you can appeal within six months of the decision by emailing support@playtonite.app. We process appeals within 14 days and by a human (not automated means).
